I was recently introduced to a new restaurant that has quickly become my all time favorite. The restaurant is called Bon Bon Chicken and it is located in the heart of downtown. They specialize in Korean Fried Chicken and it is absolutely delicious!

The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have a variety of sauces to choose from, including sweet and sour, garlic and soy sauce, and red pepper sauce. My personal favorite is the sweet and sour sauce.

The restaurant is small but cozy and there is usually a line out the door. But trust me, it's worth the wait!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until coated and put in the baking dish.
