Place flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and panko bread crumbs. Preheat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat, then dip in egg mixture to coat completely. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Serve chicken with Siracha mayonnaise and enjoy!

Siracha Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
