Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup panko bread crumbs 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce Cooking oil, for frying Siracha mayonnaise (recipe follows) Directions: Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, to taste. Place flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and panko bread crumbs. Preheat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat, then dip in egg mixture to coat completely. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Serve chicken with Siracha mayonnaise and enjoy!
Siracha Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil then coat with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and add to bowl. Toss to coat. 3. Spread chicken onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately with toothpicks for dipping. Enjoy!

-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more for serving Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the chicken inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels. Mix together the melted butter, flour, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl until well combined. Rub the mixture all over the outside of the chicken. 2. Place the chicken in a large roasting pan or Dutch oven. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before carving. 4. To make the sauce, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined. Carve the chicken and serve with some of the sauce drizzled on top and freshly squeezed lemon juice on the side for squeezing over top. Enjoy!
